In creating the learner quick reference guide, I wanted to design something that was colorful and easy to follow. I was able to use a split-column style grid so that the learner could see the action on the left and the screenshot reference on the right. This allowed learners to use the column that best represented their learning style and also allowed them to use both columns to get clarity about the steps needed to do a process.
