As a team leader, one of the key roles is ensuring that team members understand the company’s culture, values and goals. This is what led me to create an orientation booklet for new employees. It is not only useful for new team members, but it is also helping in conveying what is desired in prospective employees.
I wrote the text, designed the graphics, and laid out the graphics in the booklet. I received positive feedback from team members who utilized the Team Orientation booklet that the minimal design “made everything easy to digest” and also gave the pertinent information needed for a new team member.
