I led the effort to upgrade the company’s outdated learning system to a modern LMS. This included importing learner records, setting up the learning catalog, prescriptive rules, curricula, certifications, domains, and foundational data flows. I created a logo for the LMS and designed the layout of the canvas area, which includes a space for course announcements and tiles that give direct access to learner assets. I also designed the course images and badges for the system. I used the organization’s style guide for the colors and fonts.
